  いい問いだと思う。私も知りたい。

  ただ、海外の模倣をしても意味がない。オランダのケースは奴隷制と奴隷貿易の話だ。日本の植民地政策がそれと同じ性質のものだったのか、まずその確認が先だと思う。

  A good question — I want to know the background too.

  But imitating a foreign case is pointless in itself. What the Netherlands apologised for was slavery and the slave trade. Whether Japan's colonial policy was the same in kind is what has to be established first.

  There is no need to apologise for the sake of it. And it must not become a matter of whoever presses the claim first.

  Buena pregunta; a mí también me gustaría conocer los antecedentes.

  Pero imitar un caso extranjero, por sí solo, no sirve de nada. El caso neerlandés trata de la esclavitud y de la trata de esclavos. Si la política colonial japonesa fue de la misma naturaleza es lo primero que habría que establecer.

  No hay por qué pedir perdón sin motivo. Y esto no puede convertirse en una cuestión de que gane quien reclame primero.

  ニュアンスによる。ただ、「だから日本も謝れ」という含みがあるのなら、先に背景と事実の確認が必要だ。

  It depends on the nuance. But if the implication is "so Japan should apologise too," then the background and the facts have to be established first.

  Depende del matiz. Pero si lo que se insinúa es «entonces Japón también debería pedir perdón», primero hay que establecer los antecedentes y los hechos.
